Cancellation Policies ​​and D​epo​sit Requirements

I​n-House Catering Services:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled service will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled service will forfeit the entire deposit.
  • Any changes to the menu or number of guests must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event date.
  • Payment can be made via Credit card, Bank transfer, or Zelle

Event Catering Services:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days prior to the event will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 6 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
  • Any adjustments to the guest count or menu must be submitted at least 5 days in advance.
