How to Build Your Own Meal:

Choose Your Protein: Start by selecting one protein from our diverse list of options, which may include Grilled Chicken, Baked Salmon, Tofu Stir-Fry, and more. Click on your preferred protein to add it to your meal.

Select Your Sides: After choosing your protein, pick two sides to complement your meal. Options may include Steamed Vegetables, Quinoa Salad, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and more. Click on your desired sides to include them in your meal.

Review Your Selections: Once you've made your selections, review your meal to ensure you have your chosen protein and two sides. This step is important to confirm that your meal is balanced and to your liking.

Minimum Order Requirement: Please note that Minimum Order Requirement: To place an order, please keep in mind the following guidelines:
                     Minimum Order Amount: The minimum order is $60.00. This typically equates to approximately 3 complete meals.
                     Meal Composition: For each complete meal, you need to select: 1 Protein: Choose from our variety of proteins available.
                                                      2 Sides: Pair your protein with two delicious side options.
For example, a complete meal could consist of grilled chicken (protein) with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables (sides).
Efficient Preparation: This minimum order requirement allows us to efficiently prepare and package your meals, ensuring the highest quality and freshness .

Subscription Details Meal Plan Duration: Each meal is designed to last for 1 day. The lowest subscription plan is for 3 days.
Billing Cycle: You will be billed once a week for your subscription. This recurring billing covers the meals you select for that week.
Managing Your Subscription: If you wish to stop the subscription, you can easily do so by logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option.
To switch your meal selections and reset your subscription, simply cancel your current plan and choose your new preferences for the upcoming week.

Automatic Cart Adjustment: If you choose to have different proteins or side combinations, your cart will automatically adjust to reflect your selections. You can mix and match to create a variety of meals according to your preferences.

Order Options: Our Build Your Own Meal option is available as a subscription or for a one-time order. Choose the option that best fits your meal planning needs.

Convenient Packaging: All meals are packaged in microwave-safe containers for quick and easy heating. Simply follow the heating instructions provided with each meal.
